There are some trade magazines for our industry: Accessories, Niche, and even W. But there are other magazines that we find equally important in our search for the latest and important jewelry trends: InStyle & Lucky. They seem overwhelmingly to be the magazines customers are reading and looking to for new trends in jewelry.

Each month, InStyle has a special section on jewelry, with a page of ‘frugal finds’ featuring jewelry under $100 retail. And the more expensive stuff can give you hints at upcoming trends in fashion jewelry.

Both magazines have extensive fashion sections that features what accessories to wear, including designers names and price points. While some of these fashions may be too youth focused, or a bit forward for the northwest, most are broad and appealing looks at today’s fashions.
